Afterschool Enrichment Chess Class Late Pickup Policy
As part of Chess4Life's commitment to safety, the following pickup policy has been instituted:
We ask that parents arrive 5 minutes before the end of class so that children can be safely signed out.
Only parents of students will be permitted to sign out a student, UNLESS a parent has first notified Chess4Life of an alternate authorized pickup.
Since coaches frequently have other commitments shortly after chess class ends and it would be unsafe for children to be left alone, we ask that you respect the coaches' time by arriving on time. We also have a policy of charging for late pickups.
- 10 minutes late = $20
- 15 minutes late = $25, etc
In case of emergencies, please inform our office at 425-283-0549 ASAP, so that we can relay the message to the coach and continue to do our best
to ensure the safety of your child at all times.
