Click Here for Online Check-in Host: Chess Enrichment Association, 501(c)3 non-profit Date: April 26, 2008 Location: Overlake Christian Church, Redmond, WA More info: www.chessenrichment.net Eligible: Grades K-6 Qualified players - qualifications established by the Washington State Elementary policy board - for more info, see http://chessenrichment.net/policies.html Last date to qualify: April 12, 2006 Registration DEADLINE - April 16 Cost: $30/entry - online or mailed in Click Here for Hotel Information Format: G/30, 5 rounds, Swiss system for pairings Ties for first will be considered co-champions; however, there will be a 5-minute speed chess playoff to determine which of the top players receives the $500 scholarship to assist them in going to Nationals. If the first place finisher this way decides not to attend nationals, then the scholarship will go to the next person in line and so on. Team trophies will be determined by the top 5 scores:
