Chess4Life Championships (Chess4Life Hosted) (State Qualifier)

Location:

Holy Family Parish School, 7300 120th Avenue NE Kirkland

Time:

Check-in from 8–8:30am, first round at 9:00am Rounds estimated: 9:00am, 10:30am, 11:45am, 1:15pm and 2:30pm. Awards ASAP after last round.

Eligible:

Scholastic - Any K-6 students that attend Chess4Life chess classes. (If you're unsure of eligibility, please contact Chess4Life at (425)283-0549

All Ages - 7-12 section is open to all players grades 7-12, as well as all parents and siblings of players in all sections.

The Holy Family Parish School Chess Club and Chess4Life.

Format:

All ages tourney, K only section, 1-3 U800, 1-3 OPEN, 4-6 U800, 4-6 OPEN, 7-12 OPEN with parents and siblings allowed. Also a "Chess For Fun" side event

Awards:

Generous number of trophies and medals to top finishers.

Special awards will include the First Annual Chess4Life Champion and the Second Annual Chess4Life Team Champions for the scholastic categories!

Entry Fee:

$18 per personm, $25 after March 21.

Concessions:

Concessions on-site.

Miscellaneous:

Please bring clock if you have one. Chess sets are provided.
