Chess4Life Summer Camp I

Registration:

Sign up online (for the whole week) - call the center, or download the flyer, to register for our Four, Three, or Half day options as well.

Principal Instructors:

Experienced Chess4Life coaches. Elliott Neff (with 18+ years of coaching and teaching chess) works closely with all the chess coaches to pass on his experience. He is coach to multiple students in the top 100 list in the US for their age division.

Educational Program:

Opening, middle game, and end game studies Tournament games Specialties including: bughouse and puzzles

Daily Schedule:

8:45-9:00a.m. Drop-off and casual play*
9:00-10:15a.m. Morning Classes
10:15-10:30a.m. Break Time
10:30-11:30a.m. Tournament Style games with analysis of some
11:30am-12:15p.m. 2nd half of morning classes
12:15-12:45p.m. Lunch Break and Morning Pick up / Afternoon Drop Off

12:45-1:45p.m. Afternoon Classes
1:45-2:00p.m. Afternoon Break
2:00-3:00p.m. Tournament games
3:00-3:40p.m. Afternoon Classes
3:45-4:00p.m.* Free Play, Simuls, Bughouse, Blitz, Clean-up, Check-out

*There may be a late fee charged for students picked up after 4:00p.m.

*Check with Chess4Life regarding possible early drop-off and late pick-up options.

Additional Info:

Please bring chess clock if available. Chess set, board and carrying case combo available at camp for special rate of $20. There is a $30 cancellation fee.
NOTE: Electronic devices are not allowed until after 4 pm
