March 12th 1-day Chess Workshop

Sign up online or call the center to register for this one-day Chess Workshop and G/15 chess tournament.

Principal Instructors:

Experienced Chess4Life chess coaches. Elliott Neff works closely with all of the chess coaches to pass on his experience. Elliott has 18 plus years of experience coaching and teaching chess. He currently is coach to multiple students in the top 100 list in the US for their age division.

Educational Program:

Morning: Chess instruction and challenges Afternoon: Game in 15 Tournament (15 minutes per side per game)

Daily Schedule:

8:00-8:45a.m. Early drop-off (call for details)

8:45a.m.-9:00a.m. Drop-off and casual play*

9:00a.m.-12:15p.m. Morning Instruction, challenges, etc.

12:15-12:45p.m. Lunch Break

12:45-3:45p.m. G/15 tournament

3:45-4:00p.m. Awards and pick-up*

*There may be a late fee charged for students picked up after 4:00p.m.

*Check with Chess4Life regarding possible early drop-off and late pick-up options.

Additional Info:

Please bring chess clock if available. Chess set, board and carrying case combo available at camp for special rate of $20. There is a $20 cancellation fee.

NOTE: Electronic devices are not allowed until after 4 pm.
