Chess4Life Seattle

Premium Center Classes are charged monthly at the beginning of the month:

Center Classes consist of 1 class per week, 4 per month. If the month only has 3 weeks due to holiday, closures, etc, students may do a makeup class ONLY within that same month OR the following month if the following month is paid for. Exception: If the missed date is the last week of the month it may roll over to the next month. If there are 5 weeks in a month, the 5th week is a "bonus week", but no makeups are available for it.

Make up Classes:

If you need to miss a class, you can make it up in that month. Students MUST give 24 hr notice prior to missing a class in order to qualify to receive a make-up class.  Notifying Chess4Life within 24 hours or AFTER missing a class does NOT qualify for a make-up class.

Class Description:

Entrance to each level is determined by EITHER graduation from the previous level, OR taking the Chess4Life Assessment Lesson and being placed according to the assessment. Each level builds on the concepts learned at the previous level. Students each receive an achievement chart to track progress and when students have completed all of the level material, they receive a certificate of completion and graduate to the next Level.

Prerequisites:

Students are encouraged to complete a Chess4Life Assessment for advanced placement into this level.

Registration & Billing Options:

Registration is currently available either by calling our Bellevue office, or mailing your completed registration to our Bellevue location.

Billing occurs monthly for Elliott's Chess School, the following options are available:

• Option 1: One class per week at $75.00 a month.
• Option 2: Two classes per week at $125.00 a month.

For the two classes per week option, you may register over the phone or in person at a Chess4Life Center.
