Lions Chess Club Presents: An Elementary State Qualifier and Jr.-Sr. High Tournament The Third Annual: CENTRALIA CHESS CLASSIC Register Early to Reserve Your Space! Note: Most players are registering by mail... Tournament will not be canceled!

Location:

Centralia Christian School, 1315 S. Tower, Centralia. (see below for directions).

Time:

March 31st, 2012, check in- 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. Late players will forfeit first round.

Eligible:

Any student grades K-12.

Format:

5 Round Swiss Format- no elimination -Divisions: K-3rd, 4th-6th, 7th-12th

Awards:

Awards for each division, team trophies, Sportsmanship Award, 3 point medals

Entry Fee:

Pre-registration strongly recommended. Space is limited, so enter early! Advance entries $15, late and on-site entries $20. Advance entries must be postmarked no later than Sat, March 24th. Include registration form below and Mail to: Lions Chess Club, 1315 S. Tower, Centralia WA 98531.

Concessions:

Pizza, snacks and beverages available for purchase on site.

Miscellaneous:

Bring a chess clock if you have one...and be ready for a great day of chess fun!!
