- Grandmaster title – highest level in the world (besides title of world champion)
- Grandmaster since 2001
- University Degree of Chess Coach of the Semmelweiss University of Physical Education and Sport Science of Coach Department, Budapest, Hungary
- Over 20 years experience teaching chess, and qualified to teach at any chess level
- March 2010 - his former student, Richard Rapport, became the World’s 5th youngest Grandmaster ever at the age of 13 years, 11 months and 6 days.
- Hungarian National Champion, Under 17 years level, later Under 20 years level, by the time he was 18 years old
- Winner of numerous International Chess Events
- 8 times Hungarian Team Champion at 1st Division
- 28 years experience playing chess
- International Arbiter of FIDE (World Chess Federation) - (meaning he has the right to be an Official Tournament Director for International Events)
- 2006 and 2007 was the Chief Arbiter in Germany of the biggest open (non- scholastic) chess tournament in the country (750 players)
- From 2003 through August 2011, wrote 35 opening surveys and articles, regular contributor to the New In Chess Yearbook series, the world’s best known chess publisher, as regards quality, and up to date chess opening analysis and novelties.
- June 2010 moved to the USA, Bellevue, WA, working for the company Chess4Life full time, as grandmaster coach.
- Since moving to the USA, with his knowledge and experience he has contributed to the growth, quality improvement and development of Chess4Life, which is one of the largest and most rapidly growing Chess Institutions in the USA.
- At scholastic WA Chess State Championship, in Tacoma 2011, in 8 categories coach of 2 State Champions and 9 State CO-Champions. Head coach of the Team State Champion Spiritridge Team.
- At the Nationals Elementary Chess Championship in Dallas, Texas 2011, coach of the K-3 team (6th place/36 teams), K-5 team (6th place/36 teams) and K-6 team (4th place/24 teams).
- Northwest (WA,OR,ID) Number 4 rated chessplayer.
- His next main goal is for the period of September 2011 – May 2012, working on his students’ weaknesses and strengths to improve them in both life skills and chess, as much as possible.
- On October 1, 2011, at the Bellevue Chess4Life Center, GM Anka will start a 7-month Grandmaster Training Plan (2x10 plus 1x6 weeks), as preparation for upcoming chess tournaments and challenges, mainly focused on the Nationals Elementary Chess Championship in May 2012, Nashville, Tennesse.
